Christine & Rebecca were very kind and always provided quick and useful answers to all our questions. 5 stars landlord The house is super big, organized and has so many amenities to entertain yourself, no matter how is the weather outside. Would definitely consider to return in a near future for a gateway with my friends.

My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

Our hosts were amazing to deal with. Quick to respond, helpful and welcoming. We were able to have a relaxed evening, bbq and enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Everything was well set up and ready to enjoy. The included breakfast was a welcome treat and was very well presented with delicious and fresh options. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend (birthday) getaway. Nice private location with a view. Enjoyed the hot-tub while watching the first snowfall of the season, wood stove and the well stocked kitchen. Host even left some treats for my pup, which she really enjoyed and was very responsive/helpful. Pros: private location, right on the water, kayak/canoe/hot tub for use, well stocked kitchen, responsive host! Cons: (only 1!) mice! My dog could not stop hunting the cabin throughout our stay lol (she is dedicated, like a cat!) , and we did find some droppings on the dishes in the cupboards, before use. Overall - we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!

Had a wonderful stay and was able to relax and rejuvenate for a few days. Everything has been thought of and included for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the jacuzzi tub and sauna. Hope to return in the near future!

Michael and Margaret are great hosts. We head up to their place every winter now for a little cottage country escape. They are super responsive and helpful. Their place is warm, cozy, and has a great hot tub under the stars (and under the snow if you’re lucky). We’ll be back again!

My fiancee and I wanted a place where we could experience winter with our 14 month old son. This cottage was perfect. It's on a beautiful, quiet, large piece of property. There was so much snow on the ground but we were still able to enjoy ourselves! There was a massive snow storm coming so unfortunately we had to end our visit early. The inside of the cottage is set up beautifully and has everything you should need. Our son is just learning to walk and had a blast zooming around the main floor. Even though we had to leave early we still enjoyed our stay and would love to check it out again. Luke, Kelce, Grady

Beautiful place & area.

The farmhouse was exactly what we needed for a quick "meet in the middle" get-together with our kids that are now living in Ottawa and Toronto. Denise was an excellent host and the farmhouse has absolutely everything, really. It is the most well equipped Airbnb that we have stayed at. Denise was very accommodating as we had left the birthday cake behind and had to return well after our checkout to retrieve it. It was just too bad we only had the one night!

Ryan was a great host and the place was beautiful and located in a great location easy to find. We loved the place and would most definitely stay again if needed.

Such a unique stay! The school was easy to get into and find our classroom (even though we arrived late at night), and we loved falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of crickets. It was exactly like the description, with everything we needed (including coffee creamer, which was a really nice touch!). The beds were comfy, we could not hear the other classroom renters, and everything was clean. It is a quick 10 min walk into the little town, and PECish bakery was divine. It was also nice and close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, with a beautiful 15min drive through the country side. Everyone loved the giant chalkboard! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful spot, quite private and spacious! We loved the view from the big windows and porches! I hope we can return some time for another enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at Bill and Denise's place was perfect! The central location to downtown Picton was great, we could walk to the Millennium trail, great local restaurants and hotspots and it was a quick commute to the PEC wine trail and Sandbanks Provincial Park. The unit was clean and cozy and Bill and Debise were great hosts and made recommendations or local things to do. We will be back!

Our second stay at Nicks retreat, just as great as the first time! 40 mins drive to Algonquin park, cute bakery and shops in maynooth and a large yard for a full game of football

Doris was a great host, she made us feel like home and so comfortable specially in thanksgiving time. She was so responsive and answered all our questions, she even let us to check out two hours after normal check out time. Overall very clean, perfect location, nice host and peaceful area, worth every dollar spent. :) would love to go back again with my family this time.

Eric and Larissa’s house was perfect for the wedding we attended at the Bright house, the location is perfect for most of what the county has to offer. The home it’s self is perfect every thing you need is there and then some. Bbq to the fire pit and kids play land it’s perfect for! Larissa was very responsive and met every need! We had a wonderful March break week at Mark and Betty's. It's like living in an art gallery! The view was beautiful and a very peaceful and private location. My daughter loved the rooms and toys downstairs and we really appreciated the modern kitchen and fantastic fireplace.

Margaret seemed very nice, she left croissants in the kitchen for us to have in the morning. Overall a very cozy spot to stay and we had no issues. One thing I noticed is that there's an adjoining door that connects from her side of the building to ours and I'm not sure if it locks, maybe it does but I didn't see a lock option on my side. Anyway it still felt private and we definitely got what we paid for.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

We had the most incredible weekend at Monique and Andy’s cottage in Muskoka, celebrating our parents' 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The cottage itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The variety of sleeping arrangements made it comfortable for all eight of us, and the multiple entertainment options, including a pool and games, kept us entertained throughout our stay. Monique and Andy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They left us a thoughtful welcome gift filled with delicious treats, and their responsiveness and helpfulness throughout our trip were unmatched. Their detailed pre-arrival email made planning effortless, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our time there. We will definitely be returning!
