If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
