We are 20 minutes to Mersea island, 5 minutes to Colchester zoo and 10 minutes from the magnificent Layer Marney Tower.

Wivenhoe is an undiscovered gem on the Essex/ Suffolk boarder, a sailing town full of artists and eccentrics! It is a great mix of tranquil riverside charm and holiday buzz, with plenty of great little restaurants, pubs and shops. The house is Tudor, built 1580. Lovingly restored and very cozy!
