The open-air stage at Kalkberg (Karl May Festival & concerts) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Quiet, but still centrally located – incl. parking space right by the house.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The flat is close to Bad Segeberg, where the annual Karl May Festival and various Schlager and music festivals take place. You can reach Bad Segeberg and Bad Oldesloe in approx. 10 min. Hamburg, the Baltic Sea and the Holsteinische Schweiz in approx. 45 min. the North Sea in approx. 60 min.

On the terrace you can relax and look at the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.
