Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The Hombruch city center with cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and numerous shopping opportunities is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house.

In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...

Behind the door you are very private. For those interested, I offer city tours through Witten for a donation. If you arrive by train, it is easier. Parking is almost impossible in the city center.
