We invite you to a beautiful wooden house with an outdoor glass sauna overlooking the forest and a hot tub where you can regenerate. (note: in winter, in the case of cold conditions, we reserve the possibility of temporarily turning off the hot tub from use). In the house 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. In winter, we offer 2 cool ski slopes nearby: Zagroń and Golden Groń. And a great ski resort in Szczyrk is 45 minutes away. IMPORTANT: It's a good idea to bring chains in the winter for safety.

The cottage is located in a beautiful region on the border of Lesser Poland and Silesia, in the Little Beskids in Ślemień with a view of the area. The location makes it an excellent starting point for trips to places such as Wadowice (23 km), Żywiec (15 km), Korbielów (15 km), Sucha Beskidzka (10 km), Kraków (70 km), Oświęcim (40 km), and Slovakia (30 km). It is a region attractive to tourists all year round. A great place to practice winter and summer sports, as well as to enjoy other attractions.

There are 5 Icelandic cottages in the Settlement. Each cottage has a patio with a seating area and a barbecue. The cottages are fully equipped – they also have separate wifi access, which will allow you to connect your rest to remote work. We offer FREE OF CHARGE !!! year round outdoor hot tubs, garden sauna available unlimited from 8am-9pm .  Our cabin is completely sustainable, as we care about the environment as much as our guests:) Children for free up to 6 people including children! Lipowska Cottage is strictly forbidden to organize any parties and mandatory quiet hours.
