We were guests with our two-year-old daughter for a few days and felt completely comfortable. The place was very clean, cozy and child-friendly. The complex is highly recommended for small children. I'm sure we'll be back!

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic accommodation. The property consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when I read the listing, so maybe I missed it. Furniture + bathroom partly already older, but I don't think it's that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

A fantastic place to spend a few quiet days near Arnhem. The house is perfectly equipped, in perfect condition, very clean and with all kinds of details, and the owner was attentive at all times, answering quickly and giving clear instructions. A place.

The stay in Rossum was very very good. The area is beautiful, you can do a lot, the accommodation is nice (even if you have a small one year) and the communication with Marloes and Ard was top. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was a short stay for now. So stay there a little longer ;-)!

Very neat apartment. Looks a little more spacious than it is in the photos, but everything has been thought of. Super friendly hosts and very good communication. I would highly recommend this airbnb. Supermarket around the corner. Forests are a 5-minute drive away, zoo, large forest park and a castle are about a 10-minute drive away. I had a very nice first acquaintance with airbnb and a very relaxing and carefree weekend.

We had a wonderful weekend. Wonderful spring weather and then the view on the water is amazing! Swans, goose, ducks, other birds: it was a hustle and bustle of interest. Beds nice, house really nicely decorated, veranda all around. And then the hot tub. It was really delicious and cozy to drink and chat with all of them. If there was a little less: small bathroom with the only toilet of the house and a busy road at the rear. But then you close the gate and just don't pay more attention to it. House is highly recommended!

It was a wonderful short stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not good and quite cold. The stoves did their best, but in one of the bedrooms it was a bit too airy - in summer certainly a great advantage. It was clean except for a few pieces of cutlery that I rinsed afterwards. The bike was "worth its weight in gold"! Everything is comfortably furnished, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The towel service was also great!!! We didn't use the grill, but everything was available, including the basic equipment. Thanks for a few wonderful days on a beautiful vacation resort. We will be happy to come back!

Frank and Kerstin are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and always responsive when you need something. You can immediately tell how much love they put into their accommodation. Everything was super clean, cozy and well equipped – you just feel comfortable! Communication was straightforward and friendly from the start. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful flat with a stunning garden and kitchen. Felt instantly at home here. Comfortable sleeping, with games in the cupboard for our little one. Good shower and easy to use kitchen. Quiet at night for sleeping. Area felt safe, short walk to tram station, lidl, and westfallen park. Barbara was a lovely host, very welcoming and showed us around the house when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. It was a home away from home 🏡

I would like to thank Marvin for the hospitality, not to forget the lady from the reception in the morning. The place was quiet amazing and clean, the location was perfect. Long story short it deserved every single euro I spent on it.

So far this was the nicest Airbnb I stayed in. The moment we got inside a warm cozy feeling welcomed us. Everywhere was clean and everything was easy to find. Very communicative and available for our needs. 11/10 I would definitely recommand.

The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. All in all, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

Me and my classmates went to Gelsenkirchen for a school trip and stayed in this wonderful apartment. Perfect for groups. Great location and very cozy and liveable apartment.
