A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

What a great Airbnb! Margaret's annexe is spacious, comfortable and incredible value for money. Margaret is a wonderful host, friendly and responsive but not intrusive. The suite is even better than the photos, and there are so many little touches that make this a step above many Airbnbs, including a range of basics and breakfast (tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, juice, water, cereal, muesli, bread) and bathroom toiletries provided. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need to prepare simple meals on a short trip.- There are a number of supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and restaurants nearby in Downend and Fishponds. Bus links are excellent, and there are lovely woodland riverside walks nearby. Handy for both UWE campuses at Glenside & Frenchay. Overall, a great stay - recommended, I hope to be back!

Had an amazing stay here, a lovely little cabin. The hot tub was warm and a great addition to the place. The only tiny issue was that there was no bin inside the cabin, which meant we had to go out and buy bin liners as we were using the kitchen to make dinner in the evenings. Other than that though, it was perfect!

We felt right at home. Finding the accommodation was very clear and the check in instructions provided were also straightforward, this made the arrival very smooth. The cottage itself is very cozy, we felt at home, it had all the amenities we needed that were listed. There was a very welcoming vibe and atmosphere, the design was also very calming. It was a very clean listing, almost immaculate. In the evening as well as the morning, you are able to sleep in because it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The listing is a short drive from Bristol city center (if you are coming by car or ride app), there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance (15-20 minutes). James is a wonderful host and puts a lot of effort at this place to make it welcoming. I would definitely recommend it and if we are ever in Bristol again, we will stay at this place.
