Vacation rentals with breakfast in Winter Haven

My family had a great time. We felt right at home and the community has its own water park for kids and pools to enjoy so we didn’t have to travel far .

our stay was pleasant.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Perfect for a business traveler needing WIFI that is quiet, comfortable and feeling safe, will book again.

We are so thankful we found this house and had Brett as our host! He went above and beyond for our needs! We needed a booster seat for my 7 year old grandson. When we arrived there was a brand new booster seat waiting for us! Brett was super helpful with any questions we had. Everything was amazing!!!

Mary was great, from start to finish. After booking, any time I had questions she was very prompt to answer. The house was nice and clean. If you have little ones, there were plenty of things for them to use/play with. One of our little ones is about a year and a half, he loved the slides and see saws that were by the pool. Mary had high chairs, walkers, and a little kid table. This was the perfect place for all ages. In the garage, she had a pool table and some of games to play. The night before we left, we requested checking out a little later. She quickly responded, working with us on a new time for us to check out by.

Nice place and great size

The house was beautiful - it was perfect for all 16 of us who were here for THE ONE GLOBALS cheerleading competition.. only thing I would say is possibly get the refrigerator looked at as the fridge part was not the cold as it should be. Overall 10 outta 10!!! Thank you!!!

Great Area for the parks. Very spacious and clean

We stayed seven nights over the New Year week. The suite was fairly large and my family of three children and wife had plenty of space. The kitchen and laundry facilities were perfect for what we were looking for. The resort has several well kept pools and other facilities (we barely used these.) Joel, the host, was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The location of the resort was very convenient - it was about 10-15 minute drive to all major Universal and Disney theme parks. A grocery store is a 1 minute drive a away and several restaurants are located around the corner. The pictures also appropriately represented the unit. I would stay again.

Had an excellent stay! Everything was clean, amenities were great, and all was as described.

You can’t beat this spot for families visiting Disney! After a long day at Magic Kingdom, realizing you’re only 10 minutes away—with a sleeping 3-year-old in tow—makes all the difference. We’ve stayed at World Quest multiple times over the past two years, and it’s always a peaceful escape from the Orlando crowds. Nathan was a fantastic host, quick to respond, and the unit was exactly as pictured. We loved the spacious two-bedroom layout, and the balcony view of the pool and lake was a nice bonus. While the unit is a bit dated, it’s well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Another great stay at this resort and we are lucky to have found Nathan's unit, I anticipate this won't be our last stay!

The place I originally booked had some issues and host accommodated and upgraded me to a bigger nicer place for the inconvenience . So nice. Amazing stay !!

what a great place to spend a 6 day vacation. The place was super clean, modern renovation, peaceful. and had everything you needed. So much to do there at resort and close to everything. Will 100% return there again.

A nice place , very close to universal. Lots of restaurants near by. It was a perfect place for me and my family and we enjoyed our stay there

Our stay with Roy and Darko was absolutely great. The house was very clean, they were very responsive and had a complementary small breakfast that was unexpected, but a very nice detail. Would definitely stay with them again if back to Orlando.

Our stay with Paulby Lourdes was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home with their warm hospitality, the house was spotless and cozy. The lovely surprise was the delicious breakfast they offered us, something we didn't expect and made a difference in our experience. We definitely recommend staying with Paul and Lourdes to anyone looking for an exceptional place, we will definitely see each other again. Regards.

Everything was fabulous… the space was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.. the location of the house is in a area thats not to congested and close to many sites given we all know how traffic in Orlando is.. lastly the Hosts we’re amazing! They’re very friendly and down to earth people who makes sure your stay with them is as smooth as possible. I would most definitely stay here again, no question…

Staying with Christi and Tom was a similar feeling to staying over at your favorite aunt and uncles place. Comfy, restful and cozy and entirely perfect. This stay was absolutely wonderful and I am so wowed by the amazing care to detail on top of amazing food. Tom made a stupendously tasty breakfast and the both of them were so accommodating and enjoyable to get to sit down and eat with. Christi and Tom are both intelligent and interesting humans, combined they make everything so genial and so easy, the time flew by after eating. Learning the history behind the house itself and enjoying the breathtaking art inside and out added such an appealing environment for breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and impeccably maintained, there was so much thought and effort put into making it exceptional. It was so so so comfy and yet quite efficient. There is not another place you will find that will give your trip more sunshine and enjoyment. thanks kap&kappy b&b for having us!
