A clean home with a touch of rustic charm. A lot of hardwood floors and radiator heating. My Wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay and would rent from them again. At this time, you can't see it in the pictures but the couch and liveseat are new. The bed was comfortable. A+

Unique, comfortable, well-outfitted, historic home in a peaceful location. This was our 2nd time staying here and it was as lovely as we remembered. Large rambling farmhouse adjacent to restored wetland with miles of trails. Dave was a gracious host, communicative and responsive. This is a somewhat remote location and there are no stores or restaurants nearby but plenty of options within 15-30 minutes drive. Bring your own food and have a well-appointed kitchen in which to prepare it and a big dining room to share it. We appreciated several options for hiking nearby and that downtown Beloit was a short drive away. Highly recommended.

Matt was an unbelievable host and the accommodations were pristine! We were grateful for his clear communication, the amenities available to us within the space, his standout recommendations, and flexibility based on location availability. We plan on returning to the area in the future and will be checking to see if this Airbnb is available for our next stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Clean, inviting house with great amenities and plenty of space. Conveniently close to Ledges Horse Show. There was a small problem before check in but they communicated such issue and had a great alternative and worked out perfectly. We ordered food from nearby Hidden Creek restaurant and I highly recommend - SO GOOD!

A spacious wooden deck is presented with four comfortable lounge chairs positioned toward a serene river view. The scene is framed by lush trees and features an array of autumn colors on the opposite riverbank. The cloudy sky reflects soft light over the water.

Great spot! Would definite stay again. We onnly had 3 people there but there’s room for triple. One of our party arrived a little early and Saul immediately got back to us and said he could check in early. Much appreciated, thanks for everything!

Wow! This was a wonderful place for my family and me while we were in the area for Tough Mudder. Everything was set up so nicely for us with helpful instructions, recommendations, treats, games and toiletries if we needed them! This home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Awesome stay !! Beautiful home with access to the lake to go fishing or just relax while the kids play in the yard ! It was amazing we really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home ! My kids loved it and so did me and my wife ! I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to have a little family time and peaceful quiet nights on the river ! Absolutely 10/10 highly recommended and will be back!!! Thankyou so much for our stay and the host was amazing ! Brian was very accommodating and extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was very spacious, oozed character and was well stocked. We loved the privacy it offered on the river - its tucked away and was so peaceful/ quiet with no one overlooking you. Brian was also super kind to allow us to bring our dog. Location was great, park nearby and super quick walk into town - the Friday evening market was a great surprise! We did have a small issue during our stay which he resolved very quickly - thank you Brian for your understanding.

We knew the place was going to be nice from the photos, but the space is truly a special one! We had 8 adults on-site and each reported getting good rest and enjoying the amenities. We really enjoyed our visit!

What a beautiful home. We were looking for a relaxing place to spend time with two young adult sons and Eagle View Riverfront Retreat did not disappoint. Great open spaces with large TVs, pool table, 2 fireplaces, and a great view of the Rock River. Master bedroom/bathroom was spacious and amazing. Laura and Nick were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We went with a few families, with the youngest less than a year old and the oldest 10yo. There was something for everybody! The house is so expansive, the beds were really comfy, decorations were so thoughtful, the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed, and all the activities were great. At one point, the batteries died in a game, and the owner sent some to the house right away. We also had another issue and she helped right away. Great host, great house! Thanks!I

The apartment is spacious, bright, and looks right onto the Rock River. I would love to return in the summer and be able to enjoy the deck which overlooks the water. The location is convenient to many local attractions. It would be a good place for an extended stay with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Saul was a great host and replied quickly to messages.

My family stayed at Ruth’s place for two weeks and we felt right at home. The place was clean, smelled great and was supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and towels/linens. Miss Ruth even took it upon herself to offer new linens and towels at our preference, which was extremely appreciated!! The bathroom is equipped with mood lighting and really set the mood for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent stay, truly exceeded our expectations. We were satisfied with the accommodations and will look to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much Ruth!!
