My first time in the Rockford area, I am so glad that I chose this place . Extremely quiet, super clean and Saul was amazing . I will definitely stay again on my next trip .

We moved out of state 5 years ago and this is our first time back to Rockford together. Bonnie’s place made us feel so at home. It is truly a gem! Not to mention It’s A Wing Thing is close by & Sams Restaurant delivered to the area!! The Airbnb is just as described, the bed was comfortable, decor was beautiful, and the space was more than enough!! Bonnie was very responsive and helpful! We’ll definitely be staying at her place when we’re back in town!!

This was a long-term stay--almost 3 months while working on a project. This place was perfect for my needs, and the neighborhood was unexpectedly lovely and quiet. Great location for central Rockford amenities including restaurants like The Norwegian and 27 Aluna @ Octane. Lovely streets to walk in Churchill's Grove. Shower is tiny but water heat and pressure are great. Kitchen is also tiny but functional--I cooked almost every day, and the only thing I missed was a toaster (the oven wasn't set up but there is a 4-burner stove). Saul lives close by and was very attentive. Except for the fact that I never want to have to touch the project I was working on again (!!!), I would definitely stay there again!

Clean, cool, and very comfortable. East side location was perfect for us. We hope this place is available again next year when we make our annual visit.

Awesome place that seemed way too good to be true reading the listing, but once there, i realized that it is true and it was perfect in every way imaginable. I am picky on some very small details like expired pancake syrup in a cabinet, the welcome basket that was left for us had expired Goldfish snacks in it and the paper describing the rules and details about the place was for another Airbnb hosted by the same person so some info on there wasn't true. There wasn't any coins in the closet for us to use the coin-op washer/dryer in the basement as described. The address was different, the wifi on the paper was different than the one Airbnb said to use and the check-in/out times weren't the same as on the Airbnb listing but that's me being picky on tiny details that didn't matter in the end !

Tom was a great host! The space was very clean upon arrival and lots of basic necessities were provided. Everything inside and outside of the house is well kept and maintained. Host was very communicative throughout my entire stay. I stayed in the house for over two months and never encountered any issues. Overall 10/10 stay I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Marcus’s place! Very clean and simple. It made the perfect weekend getaway.

Dianna's Place on Melrose was a nice stay. It was in the location of Rockford that I wanted to be. I had a hiccup with the door at check in. Dianna answered me as fast as she could and walked me through what the problem was. On the day I checked out, I met her face to face, and she's wonderful! The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a freshly renovated bathroom. Overall, you could rent a hotel room for the same price and not have a kitchen to cook in! I will for sure rent from Dianna again!

Great clean house exactly as described even told us we could come earlier than original check in time definitely recommend staying here I will definitely be coming back if in the area again

Valerie has a truly magical yard! It’s a great area to get away for a little R&R. The place comes stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We appreciated having a kitchen to cook our meals. The location is great if you like to hike or kayak. The river is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Valerie was the best host we have had to date! She goes the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.

This was a great little place. Host is fast to reply and accommodate. Even with the little service animal hiccup, this was a great place to stay.

Tanya was wonderful to communicate with. She has done a lot of great work making it a perfect small town vacation spot.
