Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Opposite the house there is a lighthouse and marina and next to it there is a very nice walking park. The beach is within walking distance (1km). On the other side of the house there is a public tennis court. There are bars and restaurants nearby. 3 km away there is a shopping center and markets. 10 km away is the airport and inside the house, Netflix and internet can be used unlimitedly. Please note that this house is a basement.

The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
