The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 1.40 m) and guest/children's room with pull-out bed up to 1.60 m, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and living room with large panoramic window and balcony, terrace and garden are in front of the house.

The 65 m² apartment consists of a fully equipped living kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dish towels and a sofa bed for one person, three separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment accommodates up to seven people.
