Clean, quiet, well stocked and plenty of space for two people. It is a studio style, but large enough for comfort. We would visit again.

Delia was amazing! We needed a place to stay with 3 dogs while our house in NH sold and We could close on new house. She was so good to us! Has a beautiful property, We enjoyed the fenced in yard & hot tub

The cottage was the perfect Air B&B for our stay. Immaculately clean and warmly decorated. It felt like home, warm and welcoming. Everything and more was provided and well labeled for easy access. A variety of coffees and teas, brewers and kettle were on display in the fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and dish towels were available, too. A binder with instructions for the guests was available for review on how to handle trash, recycling, and other matters of the property. It was a great stay, and we will certainly plan a stay there again

We absolutely loved this place. Centrally located for us while visiting friends and relatives. We can't wait to stay again. Robert was right there if you needed anything. Wether you want a short stay or long. This is the place!!!
