Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. The house is located on the forest overlooking the fields on the edge of a stud farm in Krumstedt, Dithmarschen, 9 km from the North Sea, 20 minutes by car from the North Sea in Meldorf. At the house, the large, covered, not visible terrace with lawn, sandbox, beach chair and great views offers plenty of space for relaxation. The garden is fenced in, so children and dogs can play carefree.

In the Scandinavian barrel sauna you can enjoy the tranquility of the north and relax with a view of the garden. After excursions to the Kiel Canal, the Paradiestal and the North Sea, you can end the day comfortably with a glass of wine on the terrace.

2-room apartment in Marne/Dithmarschen

I rent a large twin room (20 square meters) overlooking the garden, a small bright room (6 square meters), a bathroom and a "kitchen-living room" in my beautiful old house. I can set up a baby travel bed and high chair on request. Terrace and garden offer places to linger. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, beverage store and supermarket with parking facilities.
