Vacation rentals with a patio in Winchester

I was in Shelbyville for work. I booked my stay here, so I didn't have to drive in from Murfreesboro. It was everything the host said about it. Very clean and comfortable. There was construction being done nearby and the hosts were good with communicating this with me. I ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was delicious - highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Michael’s studio on the square in Shelbyville, TN, is absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic, right above the Glass Hollow Restaurant, which is a must-try—delicious food and a great atmosphere. The studio itself is charming and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the windows, which let in lots of natural light, and the bed was super comfortable. The clock on the square chimes regularly, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider that. However, the bedroom doors close well, which helps cut down on the noise. Check-in was a bit unusual, but it wasn’t the host’s fault. The road to the courtyard entrance is currently closed, and there was a holiday party at the restaurant, which delayed communication slightly. Despite that, Michael was responsive and helpful overall. One thing to note is that the studio is on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. I had a great stay! The place was clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Robert went above and beyond. He stopped by before the concert to answer some questions for people and he came by again after the show to make sure everyone staying had what they needed, and got a fire started for us! Great location and just a cool/fun environment. Many good memories in just one night! Thank you! Would 100% stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this lake house! The property had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to fun extras like paddle boards and kayaks that made our time on the water unforgettable. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from everyday life. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making this place feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature right outside your door. Great for a family trip & we are already planning to come back.

This quaint little house is Estill Springs is perfect for a family or a few couples to get together and not be too in town but also close enough to anything you might need. Plenty of space and things to do from movies to games and the screened in porch out back is very nice to relax and listen to the sounds of nature! It’s close to family and we will likely be back in the future!

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

This home exceeded our expectations—it was even better than the pictures! The decor is charming, and the space feels warm and inviting. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and my wife and I slept so well every night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs, ensuring we had an stress-free stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private, providing a serene retreat. Additionally, its proximity to Tims Ford State Park made it convenient for us to explore the park’s beautiful trails and lake activities. Highly recommend Matt’s place for those looking for a peaceful getaway and excellent host!!!

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

I’ve stayed at a few rentals in Sewanee and this was by far my favorite. It’s fresh, new, clean and charming. The entire place was stocked just right, and it was easy to get every where we needed to go. It felt like home, and I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. We loved it!
