House vacation rentals in Winchester

Overall, this home had just about everything it needed, (towels, plates, cups, water dispenser, shampoo, body wash (no conditioner), TV’s (best if you have your own streaming accounts), pool, laundry… not too far from stores, food, etc….great home to chill & relax with our family of 5. Kids had their own rooms which was a plus.

We had a great stay at Adelmo's home! Came in for the Coldplay concert, and the house was close enough to the Strip to be able to get there easily, but far enough away that we had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The pool was amazing, and the house was very comfortable. Pet friendly, which was a huge help for our Golden Retriever who had an awesome time running in the yard. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cul-de-sac home with an open floor design that was very nicely decorated. The property was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. Several bedrooms & multiple bathrooms. Pool and plenty of outdoor space. Supermarkets were practically around the corner. Responsive owner. Property highly recommended. I’d rent it again.

What an incredible team of people here! The place is like a little oasis outside of the strip. I liked that it’s centrally located between Freemont street, the strip, the airport, and Chinatown. All about a 20 minute ride. The house had everything you could need and more. They really go the extra mile to make your experience special and the shout process is a breeze! We will be back! Arree was an amazing host! He was extremely accommodating, he was fast at replying to any questions we had. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and had amazing amenities! Cannot thank Arree enough for allowing us to stay here, will definitely book again when I’m in the area!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Incredible value for the money. About 20 minutes away from the strip, but that didn’t matter for my trip. It was quiet clean and matched the description exactly. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I would stay here again when I go to visit 12 min Drive from the strip . Very nice for the weekend. The Dog didn’t have any issues with us, he did bark but seems friendly .

David was very responsive and helpful during our stay! I had reached out to David ahead of time because I am highly sensitive to fragrance as a migraine sufferer. He instructed the cleaning service not to use any fragrance, room sprays, dryer sheets, etc — so when I arrived, I did not get a migraine or headache from the scents! I am sincerely grateful, these small things make a huge difference. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the blackout curtains, the kitchen, and playing ping pong in the back yard with our neighbors. The unit stayed cool from the AC and we had no safety concerns during our stay. Please note that this is a 5-plex, so as in an apartment or hotel, you should be considerate of neighbors who may hear you through the walls. We had no problems with neighbors, but could hear little sounds like phone alarms, television, etc. through the walls.

It was absolutely wonderful! The place had a lovely scent, and the house temperature was perfect upon entry. The hospitality was amazing, with thoughtful touches like the water and snacks provided. We would definitely stay again.

Host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was simple and the instructions were spot on. the place itself was clean and cool - the colored lighting options under the bed the in the bathroom were fun (but you can also not use them if you prefer). pinball machine was also very cool! spacious backyard with fun lights at night. Very close to numerous restaurants, gas station, grocery, just about anything you need.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

This place was excactly what i needed and wanted, not far from the strip or any other location around Vegas short 15min drives and a peaceful place to sleep and get away from all the lights. I will definitely be coming back whenever in Vegas, house was just as pictured a lot of space and clean.

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend this Airbnb if you want to stay away from the strip. A quiet, private setting, yet only a couple of miles from the action. Quick Uber ride for around $8. Grocery store less than a mile away. Enjoyed the pool and privacy of the patio. Todd went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Quick response to any questions/concerns.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out.
