Host had good communication, responded immediately & was very helpful their home was beautiful we rate it 5 star it was amazing everything about it we’d definitely book again or any of their properties!

Wonderful place. We had a great stay. Host was amazing. The place was super clean and every amenity you could think of was already there. Loved the location and a great neighborhood. The house had a great layout. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

I’d definitely stay at Shaun’s place again. I like to have fun but when it’s time to rest & relax I prefer a peaceful quiet setting and Shaun’s place provided that. Always hit me back right away if I had any questions and just made the whole process very easy and we loved his place we’ll definitely be staying there from now on when we go to Vegas!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

The home was beautiful and clean. There was a plumbing issue that was happening upon our arrival to the home and there was a very bad very strong odor. They had a plumber come and fix the issue, but the plumber told us this had happened before about a month prior at this home. I would recommend updating the property photos to not include the kayaks/ boats. While not listed in the rental some of our guests were eager to use them, but were disappointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the showers had good water pressure. If the retaining wall issue is ever fixed we would consider staying again. Overall we had a great stay.

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

Jeanette’s place was perfect for my family and I. Plenty of room, every thing was clean, and all the amenities were there. Her property is beautiful, we will definitely be back. Jeanette was a very nice and friendly host. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place. House is beautiful and backyard, patio and pool are perfect for a family stay. About an hour from Vegas and hour from Death Valley. Would be great for a multiple day stay. Jody the host easily communicated information for our stay and was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! My husband and I stayed with another couple for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe. The home is in a beautiful, private, quiet setting. The lake was visible through the gorgeous pines of the region. The place was even more lovely in person, tastefully decorated and furnished. I look for homes with spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms with lots of counter space, and I hope for plentiful plush towels and nice linens. This home checks all those boxes! Matt was very thorough with info needed for the place and was timely to respond from booking to checkout, and we appreciated the short list of things to do to before we left. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We were in town for a concert and wanted a nice and quiet stay. Our stay at Jill’s place was very homey. We were comfortable and had a great time. My son enjoyed his swimming time (his favorite part of the trip) and wanted to stay another day. Also, there was a great taco stand not too far from the house, which was amazing. Overall, the host was very accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and comfy. We would book again in the future.
