Would definitely recommend a visit! It is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of character and charm! Rooms are surprisingly large with lots of natural light and beds were well rated among our group. Swedish hot tub was a firm favourite. Joe and Hannah were responsive, super friendly and provided a stellar pub recommendation just 10mins away. Perfect for family or friends getaway.

We had the best time staying here. All of the hosts were so helpful, attentive and friendly. The home itself is gorgeous with beautiful surroundings, just what we needed to explore the Cotswolds. Thank you for everything!

What can I say about this wonderfully quaint and quirky cottage that hasn't already been written? Probably nothing, but once you've picked your jaw up off the floor it's impossible to not be totally besotted by this hidden gem nestled in the heart of the English countryside, the pictures really don't do it justice. Our initial exploration of the spotless interior was way beyond our expectations, it's simply stunning and is the perfect blend of old and new. Everything we needed was provided and the comprehensive notes provided by Sue were more than adequate in providing clear directions and instructions for the various appliances, etc. Our stay surpassed our expectations in every way possible, if you've ever wanted to stay in an authentic cottage with a truly spectacular garden and doorstep access to to miles of public walkways look no further. Finally, a huge thinks to our wonderfully responsive host Sue for offering this property on Airbnb, very, very highly recommended.

A perfect little bolt hole for a visit to Bourton-on-the-water. Everything was walking distance and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of comfortable seating in the lounge. There was the sofa/sofa bed but for a place that accommodates 4 people, it would benefit from additional seating. Apart from this, it was a lovely place and parking outside was a bonus too.

We loved our stay in the barn. It was in a great location, only a short drive away from the main Cotswold towns. The barn was spotless, and very peaceful. We loved the private garden. Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a quiet country getaway.

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

I booked The Coach House for my 30th birthday for a fun girls trip, the house is absolutely beautiful and the way it is decorated and styled is gorgeous. James was great at providing clear and easy instructions for check in/check out. We had the most amazing few days exploring the Cotswolds, turning 30 here was the best! Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Aston Cottage over the May bank holiday weekend. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The older adults did plenty of walking around the Estate, and the children had a great time in the play areas, soft play and the swimming pool! Two of the adults brought their own bikes and made good use of these too. Alex and Emma were excellent hosts, and were very responsive to any queries we had, both before we arrived and after. There was a small hiccup with the hot water, but this was soon sorted, once I raised. The early check in was very welcome, and so by the time our supermarket shop arrived, we were all set to start the weekend. The house and bathrooms were well equipped with condiments and bathroom 'stuff'. The Pizza shack was a great find! The only negative comments were that it was difficult to warm up the cottage, and the cleaners could pay more attention to detail, ie oven needs cleaning and there were many cobwebs! Thank you both!

Wow - this was by far the best “hot tub” break we have been on and we have been on a few. The dome is so unique. You have the luxury of a full kitchen and bathroom, electricity and WIFI coupled with the secluded rustic countryside setting. There is so much open space around the dome with no one else around. The pond is amazing and we went paddle boarding/canoeing everyday using the equipment kindly provided. There is a wood burner in side the dome and a fire pit outside with plenty of wood supplied free of charge. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Absolutely beautiful—both the house and the surroundings! To stay in such a remarkable, comfortable, clean and beautiful, old place right in the heart of the cotswolds—it was truly lovely. So peaceful and quiet! Rachel was a kind and helpful host right next door. Make sure you pay good attention to her directions to get there—it was a little tricky. Also, the ceilings in the bathroom, living room and dining room really are only about 6 feet, with doorways and other things even shorter. We’re tall and we still loved it but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. The kitchen and bedrooms were all much taller. We’d love to return one day and stay again!!! Thanks you!

Great stay with the family at Chris & Alexandra’s. Great cottage exactly as described and located in a lovely gated community. Comfortably housed 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We benefited from clear and detailed instructions both for finding the place and staying in it. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the place for family stays!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Phil went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at chequers, checking that we had all we needed upon arrival and being responsive when asked a question. As a family of five, we found there was something for all at the house and really enjoyed our time there. If anything, it went too quick! The view is amazing and the cows are so friendly, running around in the field and always coming up to greet us at the fence. Can totally recommend the Plough Inn for a cream tea or the Pheasant Inn restaurant for dinner. We are gutted that we ran out of time to try the Ye hobnails-heard great things from the locals about that too! We finished the holiday with roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, a perfect end to a perfect stay. Thanks Phil.

From the supply of firewood for cozy evenings by the fire to the festive bottle of bubbles for New Year’s and even local milk in the fridge – the attention to detail was impeccable. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning Cotswolds. We enjoyed breathtaking walking trails and picturesque villages just a short drive away. The hosts were communicative and helpful throughout, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Valerie’s cottage is very peaceful and is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. The Old House Barn is very clean and had all the amenities you will need. Valerie provided us great recommendations for places to visit and some great restaurants. She is also quick to respond to any messages. I definitely give her and The Old House Barn 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

The studio was the perfect little getaway place for me and my family. We immediately felt at home, the space was very peaceful, spotless, tidy and it had everything we needed to cook full meals and be cozy! Elaine and her family are lovely. They were friendly and welcoming of us and also respected our privacy while we enjoyed our holiday at their property. If you have a car, Bushley is the perfect starting point to explore the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills National Park. We highly recommend Elaine's Studio and if we have the chance we'll definitely be back. 😊 Extra points for the cute dogs and puppy!

A fantastic stay, we had a couple of nights here, central location to visit the surrounding villages, diddly squat and farmers dog pub. The place was immaculate and Lucy was very helpful with restaurants nearby etc Even sorted us out a cot, toys and high chair which meant we could travel lightly and not stress about forgetting anything Recommended it straight away to friends and when we return to the Cotswolds we will definitely be booking here again! We had a lovely stay. Although there are three huts, they are arranged in a way that gives absolute privacy and peace. It was great to be able to light a fire in the evening. The view from the bed is just spectacular. Tom is a very responsive and helpful host.
