Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wimbledon

Nicholas place is conveniently located near the local tram which gets you to the local train station in couple of minutes. Wimbledon center is at 10 min walk. Nicholas is extremly pleasant and welcoming. He allowed us to get into the house ahead of schedule while he was still there with his family. We highly appretiated that as my son got sick and couldnt be outside in the cold weather. Nicholas would check in with us every day to see if our boy was feeling better and if there was anything he could help with. He was a great host. The house is as in the photos and is very comfortable. With a sick boy having all the selection of TV channels was a plus.

I've been wanting to find a peaceful affordable private garden home to unwind and stumbled across this cute gem. The backyard is completely fenced in and the peaceful morning sounds was everything I needed. Very comfortable bed

Carmen's home is beautiful, we felt straight away right at home. Carmen and her family's generosity are unparalleled in our experience of airbnbs. It is a wonderful family home with a gorgeous kitchen where the family can cook together. The play space is a haven for kids and the garden was so beautiful in the sun. It felt like a blessed break. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

This house in Wimbledon was perfect for our two families (children 13, 16, 19). The space for sleeping, cooking, dining and relaxing for 7 was wonderful. The kitchen is fully equiped! The location of the house is perfect to discover London by train or bus (Wimbledon Station or South Wimbledon). Every shop or restaurant you need is nearby. We walked to the tennis courts of Wimbledon. Make sure you install the RingGo app for parking the car. Georgia makes you really feel welcome with kind words and attention. Lovely 6-day stay!

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

Phillip’s place was perfect for me after 5 weeks on the road in Spain. I purposely did not want to be in the hustle and bustle of London - my favorite thing was having morning tea on the South facing patio. Lovely view of the Thames to your left while the canal in front hosts lovely house boats, swans, geese, ducks and herons. Walkable to stores and restaurants, I only left one day to go explore Chiswick. Otherwise I was content to relax and enjoy Phillip’s home. Thank You for sharing your home, Phillip.

An excellent location for Kingston and access to the home of Parkrun @ Bushy park. Not been a regularly visitor to London, a wholly different experience to the usual of central London, easy going, home from home.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

An easy walk from the train station through the car park directly opposite the station. Lots of room to socialise with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Neat and tidy. And we appreciated the coffee pods and the welcome to Epsom basket complete with nuts and crisps.

Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

A lovely flat, very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Rebecca was friendly, helpful and very responsive. I loved how the light streamed through the flat on a sunny day, the personal artworks and the sweet little balcony for morning coffee. The listing does not disappoint and we had everything we needed. Also, Rebecca’s local recommendations are all spot on.

I stayed for 3 nights in late Jan and I couldn’t fault the place in terms of its style, amenities and cleanliness. The location is very close to bus train and tube and so if your choice of location in London is South West, then this is a great choice!

Hugo was a great host. Usually, one can tell from the instructions provided, all very detailed and considerate... His place felt just like home for me... it was so clean and everything were laid out perfectly... The surroundings were all very peaceful and a walkable distance to the Wimbledon Park (which was nice to walk around during mornings, afternoons or sunsets)... I had driven there, and parking was just at the back of the building, even viewable from the bedrooms... Only thing to note was that Wimbledon is a hilly town... While I sometimes find walking from the station can be a minor hack, I had developed a habit of travelling back to Putney first from my day out town (by bus), then transfer on the 39 bus to the Southmead primary school stop which is a short downhill walk to Hugos place... or if you are travelling to or from the famous tennis court... there's a 493 bus stop just in front of the building... Highly recommend Hugo's place!

Great host and a great home! We enjoyed our stay at Hannah's place. Walking distance to the tube and shopping nearby. Airbnb was quiet with a little street noise usually during the day. Underground cover parking garage was a huge bonus for us! We would definitely stay again!

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay in Alexandra’s beautiful home. The flat is cosy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is filled with light and surrounded with trees and greenery, overlooking a charming brook. It has a very calming and peaceful atmosphere and it was lovely to just sit and watch the birds and wildlife. You feel as though you are in the country, yet it’s only a stone’s throw from the river, and a short walk into town. It’s well connected with public transport and there are local shops, including Sainsburys, and cafes and restaurants nearby. If you are elderly or have mobility issues, be aware that there are three flights of stairs to climb. Alexandra was very kind and helpful, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her beautiful flat. Thank you Alexandra 🙏

We had a great 3 night stay at Max’s apt - very nice residential street, 1 block from Battersea Park and a nice walk to Chelsea and everything going on at Battersea Power station. The apt was spotless; ample room for 2, comfy lounge and bedroom, well equipped kitchen. We’ve already booked to stay again and would recommend it to anyone….
