This was a great place to stay walkable to all bars and restaurants. Grocery store was less than 2 miles away. House was nice and clean and host was very responsive and always checked in to let us know if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again if in the area again.

Stellar. Michelle should teach seminars on how to be the PERFECT Airbnb host! She got it right from start to finish. The cottage and yard are super comfortable. It’s sparkling clean. She thought of everything, including shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, linens and blankets, plenty of towels, USB-friendly outlets, even some basic condiments. Nice outdoor furniture. The spa is crazy-huge and has powerful jets. All very much appreciated. We already booked another visit.

The stay was amazing. I wish we had chosen to stay more days. I showed this place and our pictures to friends and they want to come back with me. The pool had some plants/bugs in it when we arrived nothing crazy just typical florida things but the very next day a Pool cleaner showed up. It made our stay perfect since the only reason we had to go out was to go to the beach but once the pool was nice and clean combined with the hot tub (which was perfect) we had no reason to want to go anywhere. The decor of the home is super cute and everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back! Also so many restaurants, activities, and the beach are just a $10 Uber ride away!

I had a great stay for a month with my dog. Pool and hot tub were great and really enjoyed the back patio / lake. Lots of animals including turtles ducks and iguanas. Jason was very responsive and sent someone to maintain the pool / hot tub frequently. Would def stay again!

The location was a bit hard to find but once we found it the place was cozy and an amazing location. Felt right at home and loved how easy it was to book with the hosts. Great communication and time in Delray. Def will book again!

We will definitely be back here! Beautiful cottage, within a pretty neighborhood to walk your pups in or walk 20 min to restaurants and shops. Beach is a quick drive. The house itself was equipped with so much! We had a great time grilling, playing ping pong, corn hole, and our dog loved the fenced in back yard

Great spot , close to what we planned to do for the 2 days we were there. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Quiet and VERY clean. My wife used the pool area and loved all the outdoor decor. There were a lot of workers around the house but they were nice and respectful. Didn’t get to meet Rick but if we ever come back to the area would book this place again !

I stayed at Anthony’s home with 2 of my girlfriends and we had the most amazing time. The home looks exactly like the pictures, if not better and it was very clean. Everything we needed was nearby! Would love to return one day. Thank you!!

We had such a lovely stay at Cat's Airbnb in Coconut Grove! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated how peaceful and green the area felt—it really gave us that tropical escape vibe. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a cozy, convenient stay in Coconut Grove!

Very delightful place to stay with elegant simplicity and a very fresh ambiance. Our hosts are kind creative people who were always friendly and helpful. We were in town to work at an event and couldn't get to the beach, but it was very close! The whole street was quiet and very walkable. The garden outside was really pretty and the inside had a really beachy feel. Lots of color! Eva was a really nice host.

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

From reservation, to check-in to check out Nadine was awesome and responsive. The property was exactly as described. It felt homey and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood and the back porch overlooking the canal was peaceful and beautiful. Added bonus, we loved being able to bring our small dog Yoshi. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a future visit. Nadine was a superhost. We give our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The studio is very cute, clean, and quiet, It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. The patio area is a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal in the evening. LOVED the super comfortable bed. Mary is friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to messages. Definitely plan to stay here again.

All around this was a great stay! Francisco was amazing at communication. He made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered prior to booking and then after I booked, he made sure that I was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this location! It Is very private and it’s a single-family home so you’re able to feel comfortable knowing that you have an entire space to yourself. Plus the fact that it is privacy fenced in is great. We are in the process of relocating from across the country so there was plenty of storage and plenty of shelves in the unit. There is also ample amount of parking for two cars and the cool thing about it is the cars are parked inside of the gated area for safety.

Amazing place! I could not recommend this enough. The location is perfect, the gorgeous private beach is steps away, and Robert has always been a wonderful host! This is our fourth year staying here and we are hoping to be back for many more!

The location of the accommodation is particularly interesting as it is close to the beach and the intracoastal. The beach is quiet and you can walk a long distance in the sand. The cabanas add to the charm. The pool is heated; which is nice on cooler days. You can also cast a line in the intracoastal and catch several species of fish. The wifi works perfectly and you can hold Zoom or Teams meetings without bandwidth problems. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. Very safe place; you can walk at night without fear. The only downside is that the accommodation is a bit compact.

Great location, literally 150yds from restaurants and entertainment . 5 minutes or less walk from the beach. Discription is as described, it worked well for me and quiet enough for sleeping even though it's on the main street. Would stay again.
