Family-friendly vacation rentals in Williamsburg

Gabriel’s place was just like the photos….the area is definitely Orlando’s version of Vegas lol but INSANELY convenient to Universal and neatly between Disney and downtown- about 15 minutes in either direction. The building itself is a bit dated, but the apartment has tons of beautiful natural light during the day, and the clean, white interiors make it seem open and airy. Great spot!

James’ place was the perfect hub to make our family vacation seamless. The unit was as described and very family friendly. We appreciated having multiple pack-n-play’s and a high chair- Overall we would recommend this place and would rent from James again.

This condo was in a wonderful location for all things Orlando. Just a few minutes drive to SeaWorld or Universal, and about 20-25 minutes to Disney. The unit was spacious and met all our needs. We barely used the kitchen, but everything was there. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

Had a great time, loved the view of lake and sun coming up every day. Very clean would stay again.

We booked this airbnb with 5 guests. The home has plenty of space, in a very welcoming and peaceful neighborhood. The house was spotless, and check in was a breeze. Tons to do around the house with a little games room in the garage, and a beautiful backyard with a pool, netted to keep the bugs away. Great communication with the host. Will definitely be coming back.

The stay was great, very clean house and very cozy too. It was a great hangout spot for me and my friends, and it was very easy to get everywhere with ubers always in the area. We didn’t have time to use the amenities at all but it was nice knowing we had access to them. The house was also in really good condition. The only thing I noticed is that most of the doors with locks didn’t lock (bathrooms did though don’t worry). Maybe that was on purpose but it wasn’t an issue just an observation.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sam’s place. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. Sam was an exceptional host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips that made our Disneyland trip even more enjoyable. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were cozy. One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool—my kids absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying themselves! We especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend Sam’s home to anyone visiting the area. Thank you once again, Sam, for your warm hospitality!

Great location!! We really loved our stay here. Quick walk to Publix and Chipotle. Quick drive to Universal and The Pointe Orlando district. Twenty minute drive to Disney. 15 minute ride to downtown Orlando. Can't say enough great things about this place. It was beautiful inside and out and really comfy just to lounge in. The pool in the condo is beautiful and our hosts are very responsive to any request

This is the third time we've stayed at Monique's apartment. As always, she was very attentive, responding to us very quickly when we had any questions. As for the space, I reiterate all the comments I have already made. Excellent apartment, with all the utilities we need and located in a strategic point, super close to International Drive, restaurants, markets and etc. I highly recommend it.

Great location for families traveling for sports at the convention center and other local theme parks and activities! Great host and space that met all of our needs!

Johann’s place was AMAZING! It was super nice and affordable and perfect for me and my husband’s trip to Disney. The private entrance made us feel safe and the place itself was clean and so cozy. We will definitely be trying to stay here again for future trips!

Great location for Universal Studios! Well appointed 3-story place with its own parking space in the driveway. No searching for a space and then walking to the elevator area. Simply cruise down I overall boulevard and right into the parks down palm tree lined streets. Abundant space for families and very clean.

I had an amazing stay at Vista Cay! Celebrated my birthday with no worries at all. Place is just as beautiful as it is the pictures. Still had access to the pool and supermarket nearby. Would definitely recommend if you are in Orlando!
