Cassandra's listing was very clean and welcoming. It really felt like our home away from home. The patio looks out onto the golf course and lake, and was the perfect tranquil spot to have a morning cup of coffee to get our day started. If we're ever back in Flagstaff I would definitely book this listing again 😁👍

Katherin's home was beautiful! The place was spacious with plenty to do for all ages. Katherin was also incredibly helpful and responsive.

Super clean, everything is brand new, well appointed kitchen. Great location for exploring all that Northern AZ has to offer. The canyon is only about an hour away but don’t miss all the other great things to see! Host is super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented Matt’s home for family to stay with us for my daughter’s wedding. The home was very nice with beautiful surrounding views. It had enough space for everyone to feel comfortable— we had 12 in our group. We used the fireplace every day. Matt was a great host and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend his home.

This was a fantastic place to stay up in Flagstaff for my daughter’s graduation. Super close to everything but still nice and private. Plenty of rooms with different configurations which worked out great for us. Loved the outside deck overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was spacious and upstairs loft had some fun games. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was beautiful and peaceful, close to everything we needed. Host was friendly and easy to work with.

What a fun time for our family of 6 in Flagstaff/GC/Sedona! The location was easy to get to all the sights in the area. The house is immaculate and felt like a 5star resort. Especially when you consider the amenities within the community. Our kids especially loved the sport courts and the game room at the clubhouse. The kitchen was fully equipped even meeting the standards of my wife who is a true foodie and loves to cook. We were able to prepare great meals for our large family. The house was so comfortable from the plush couches to soft bedding. We had all the comforts of our own home. The multi-level house was really neat but the multiple staircases can be slippery when wearing socks. So it would be a good idea to bring grippy socks or slippers. We would most definitely stay there again. It was really great!

Uniquely decorated, dust free, clean. Spacious, spacious seating areas to accomidate a big group to visit comfortably. Two balconies to enjoy birds chirping, scenery, and family activities. Located in a quiet, friendly culdisac. We came for a college graduation and booked a couple extra days to visit The Grand Canyon Canyon and native cliff dwellings in Walnut Canyon. We entered the Grand Canyon from the south entrance and exited the east entrance. That gave us time to see everything in the Grand Canyon South and East sides in one day. Thank you for an enjoyable, cozy, comfortable stay.

This is a beautiful property! Plenty of space for our multigenerational family of seven. Well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook meals at home. The bedding and linens were comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly.

We had a nice quick stay at this home. The location was very convenient and communication was great. The home was also very well cleaned upon our arrival. As advertised it is an older home and presents as so but no real complaints!

Everything about the place was excellent! The kitchen was fully loaded with any cooking implement you could need. It was a quiet neighborhood, beautiful house and the hot tub was a huge plus after hiking the Grand Canyon (only an hour drive away)!

I chose this location for astrophotography, due to its mostly cloudless Arizona skies and clear unobstructed views in all directions.. We were easily able to see and photograph the Milky Way with a phone. There is a neat little mudroom which is perfect for storing a telescope, tripod and other gear during the day. There is a view of Arizona's tallest mountain, Humphreys Peak, framed in the picture window in the great room. This is also the location of the Snowbowl ski resort. Flagstaff is a short drive away, a charming small town with many boutique restuarants It's the home of the Lowell Observatory where we were able to spend a day and see an evening presentation in an outdoor auditorium with heated seats. Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon south rim and many other sights are about an hour away. Andrew is a caring and responsive host, whose first house instruction is to drink lots of water due to the 7000 feet altitude and dry atmosphere. Great trip, thank you so much!

We had the pleasure of meeting April and her family. They were amazing hosts and very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub was super relaxing with the Mountain View. House was spotless and cozy. She had great suggestions for nearby things to do. My husband’s birthday weekend was exactly what we hoped for and more. We will definitely be back.

We had a very nice stay at Paul's place! The house was very spacious which was great for our family. There were several extra nice touches like snacks left for us and lots of coffee pods for the Keurig. We really appreciated the coffee, especially after a late arrival our first night. The location was good, in a quiet and walkable neighborhood with playgrounds but also a short drive to NAU, grocery stores, and downtown. We also loved the hot tub!

This was our second stay at this home. It’s a beautiful home and has a gorgeous view of the sunrise. Very clean and well stocked. Beds are comfy and the kids loved the playroom.

I loved how homey this place felt like! The beautiful fireplace to give us the coziness feeling at night. We told them it was mine and my husbands 5 year anniversary and they went the extra step and left us some cheesecake and wine! Would definitely recommend and would come back if staying in Flagstaff again!

We had a great stay! The home was very comfortable. On a quiet street and just a few minutes from downtown Williams. The fenced back yard was an added bonus to let our fur babies off leash for a while.

My friends and I enjoyed having a place to relax and visit. We were up for the annual summer car show. The house is tastefully decorated with a cool train theme. It’s kept very clean, the beds were comfy (nice pillows and bedding). The garage has a pool table, TV, and shuffleboard. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay over. The hosts were very nice and had good communication. Would stay again. 😌👍

Everything is great and cozy, convenient location. Just the wifi connection is on and off sometimes.

We had a great stay here on our cross country road trip. Took a day off from our interstate move to go see the Grand Canyon. The bed was super comfortable and my toddler loved the toys in the spare closet. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great stay in the A frame! It is definitely out there but easy to find with the host’s clear instructions. Peaceful spot with all the necessities.

Neil's house is very comfortable, better than what appears in the photos, with everything you can think of to spend a wonderful few days. It's beautiful, located in a quiet setting, close to downtown Williams. We loved being there, plus Williams is a good starting point for visiting the Grand Canyon.

We loved the historic yellow house!! It is beautiful and so homey. There is so many places walkable to eat and so close to the Grand Canyon. Lots of room with all you need for a great stay.

We loved our stay! The place was cozy and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s conveniently located near Williams and the Grand Canyon, which made exploring easy. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch, taking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery. It was also very accommodating for our baby—they had everything we needed. Our pup had a great time too! Highly recommend.
