The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs. Not suitable for disabled guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The "Oberdeck" vacation rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few single-family homes. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has a large terrace with seating, a spacious entrance area with a sofa bed, a living and dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (no freezer compartment), and a small work area. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed.

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
