A 19th century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks with a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in direct proximity to Bremen. From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Lots of peace, privacy and the wide property ensure a holiday feeling from the first moment.

Completely renovated in 2022, the vacation home is located in a quiet location near the dike and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms (160 × 200), a bathroom with shower, a living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. The garden can be reached via 2 terraces (one of them covered), loungers and seating are provided. Bus stop, shopping, playground and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

This charming and ground-level semi-detached bungalow from the 70s offers a cozy temporary home on about 75 m² – perfect for couples or solo travelers who appreciate peace and nature. By car, you can reach the North Sea in just 10 minutes. Many idyllic bike routes also allow you to explore on two wheels. A parking space is available right outside the door. However, the property does not have internet access.
