There is also a bus station (e.g. To reach Lake Blausee). Kandersteg is a wonderful place to go for great walks, has an outdoor pool and good dining restaurants. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
