Vacation rentals with a patio in Wilderness

We had a fantastic stay on Leisure Isle. The house is well equipped and ideally located! The host, Elma, is great. She went out of her way to provide us with a wonderful stay! She continuously checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! The property comes with loads of sporting equipment for visitors to use. This makes it extra fun for kids! I can strongly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Leisure Isle and Knysna. Thanks Elma for making our stay so memorable!

We have been in SA for 6 weeks staying in several places along the garden route and Cape Town in properties around a similar budget. STONERIDGE Farm and Plettenberg bay is the best stay so far ! We looked forward to coming back after a days sightseeing to enjoy the pool, a Brai and the beautiful peaceful surroundings with the best sunsets and clear skies each day. We loved it so much we decided to stay a few more days.We were originally worried about it saying it was close to an airport. There was definitely was no need as we didn’t see or hear any planes, just the sound of birds singing. In Plettenberg bay and the surrounding areas we enjoyed visiting beaches, walking trails , vineyards and restaurants (using the Plettenberg wine route map found online), local restaurants, the monkey land and a highlight for us we took a boat ferry up the Keurboom river into the National park nature reserve which was just stunning. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

What a wonderful stay! From the 1st communication the checkout, everything was wonderful. We had a family of 14 from 8 years old to 83. The house swallowed us up. Pictures on here don't quite do it justice. A beautiful house that flows from the kitchen to the lounge to the deck to that amazing view right on the beach. It was perfect for our large family get together. We all had enough space to be together but crucially enough to be apart as well. It was very well equipped to cater for all of us. The setting of the house is just fantastic right on the best beach in SA but still walking distance to all that Wilderness has to offer. Finally I have to mention Elzette. My Mother of 83 had a fall just before our trip so was not very mobile. Elzette sent us all the info we needed before the trip and even helped by picking up mobility equipment from George for our arrival. Above and beyond! Any issues were immediately attended to with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend! Thanks

I enjoyed my Solocation at the beautiful Cabin. Robyn is very responsive and kind. The greatest host ever! The cabin is clean with great aesthetics. I can’t wait to visit again in the near future ☺️

We were warmly welcomed by Michèle and also had the opportunity to meet her loving family. The place is about a 4km drive from the N2 main road on a gravel road. With a small car, you can drive that piece at ease, but that is perfect to do with some patience:-). Once you arrive, you will find yourself in an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest. It is a perfect place to relax and at the same time serves as a base for getting off to the Plettenberg region (25min drive to the beginning of the bay). Pass by the supermarket if you get there the first day. You can cook the first night in the cottage and you don't have to go on the road anymore:-).

This was such a beautiful location. With amazing views and hiking trails just outside the cabin with a hike down the cliff to the secluded beach below. We really felt immersed in nature and it was so refreshing. The cabin was well equipped with everything we could have needed and more. Including a fan heater, gas heater, hairdryer and fan. There is no TV but there is WiFi which is great because you won’t want to watch TV with that view. The bathroom and entire cabin were immaculate and we are quite particular about that. Kecia was the most amazing host I’ve ever liaised with. She was so helpful and informative with a lot of recommendations. She has really set a new standard on how I view Airbnb hosts. I highly recommend staying here. I would love to come back soon!

We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect cottage for our little family getaway. Super neat and clean. Zelda was very helpful whenever we needed anything! Will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it’s local to the city centre and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My children enjoyed the space it had to offer. Definitely worth the stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Great value for money.

The six of us spent two nights at Milkwood Cottage and felt right at home. The place looked just like the photos and was furnished with attention to detail. One of the rooms is a walk-through room. A big plus is the immediate location on the beach. Shopping facilities are about 10 minutes away by car. In addition, the communication with Erick and Alicia was very straightforward, messages were answered quickly. An absolute recommendation!
