The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The 30 m² apartment is divided by a partition into a living room and bedroom with sofa and double bed. Small cozy kitchen and integrated seating area. And a bathroom. The apartment price includes the Saalachtaler Sommercard so you can use the natural forces Seisenberg and Vorderkaserklamm as well as the mountain railway for free. The card is valid from May to October.

Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120 m from the house is the Loferer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west-facing terrace overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the canopy bed particularly cozy.

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The holiday apartment Weissbacher is located in Sankt Martin bei Lofer and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 28 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental offers a private balcony and access to a shared garden. In winter, the accommodation is only accessible with snow chains or a reliable all-wheel drive vehicle.

I rent a cozy furnished apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is located in the apartment complex in the beautiful Schlosspark Grubhof.
