In an area of outstanding beauty, Masons Cottage overlooks a large country 1.5 acre garden which is shared with the owners. There is a spacious en suite bedroom with a king size bed, sitting room and fully equipped kitchen including grind coffee machine. The cottage is attached to the main house, but is totally self-contained. There is onsite parking and fast broadband. We provide a complimentary welcome pack, including eggs from our Burford brown chickens and honey from the garden apiary.

Cotswold Coach house Blenheim Clarksons Soho

Beautifully presented detached coach house in a Cotswold village. Peaceful with a shop and bus route, great walks and many places to eat a short drive away. The accommodation is fully equipped and is ideal for a family of 3 or 3 young people . 1 double bed & 1 pull out single . ( open plan space) Explore the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace & Oxford, Charlbury station 10 mins drive . 20 mins to Soho Farmhouse, Diddly squat, Bicester Village designer outlet. NOTE The Coach house is up stairs.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cozy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
