For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

The charming, romantic apartment consists of a cozy living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway. It is located on a historic farmstead in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! In the cold season, in addition to the wood central heating, the heat of the basic furnace ensures comfort. The wood is included.

Separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet. Balcony for fresh air and on request roll service for a carefree start to the day available. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
