On the ground floor, you'll find three stylish bedrooms with double beds (King size), two modern bathrooms, and two separate toilets. On the first floor is the cozy, east-facing living room with a 10 m² north-east terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities.
