With 200 m² of living space, you'll find plenty of room to feel at home. On the ground floor, you'll find three stylish bedrooms with double beds (King size), two modern bathrooms, and two separate toilets. On the first floor is the cozy, east-facing living room with a 10 m² north-east terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. All walls, custom-made built-in furniture, and the high-quality kitchen were crafted by a regional carpenter - quality you can see and feel.

Families can optionally book a lovingly furnished children's room with toys – perfect for toddlers or babies. Your living area also includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, and plenty of room to relax. 🛁 Bathroom Options You can use the bathroom with a bathtub (on the same floor as your bedroom and living space) or a second bathroom with a shower located downstairs in the unoccupied lower level. Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. The house and the garden is not shared with other guests – enjoy peace, privacy, and space all to yourselves.

Casa Mina

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a lot of artistry. This house was built by our aunt who was a teacher, feminist and art lover. She travelled, painted and collected art from artist friends. You can definitely expect surprises if you stay in this beautiful home and explore her collection. That is of course, if you are not exploring the Alpstein mountains, enjoying specialities from Appenzell or doing sightseeing. We value guests who appreciate our property and keep it tidy.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

s'Ferienhaus by Häusler [vacation home by Häusler]

s'Ferienhaus is a special place. It should be a home for many. A home for guests who want to create new memories with their loved ones, guests who love beautiful design, guests who like to be outdoors, but also guests who love good food. The house is in a quiet residential area – a place of relaxation. Parties or loud celebrations are therefore not allowed, so that the special atmosphere and good cooperation with the neighbors are preserved.

Anita's country experience is a nice cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is located a little off the beaten track in a quiet environment! Just a few minutes' drive to Lake Constance, St. Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the famous Gasthaus Gupf! Anitas Landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful open views of the Appenzellerland!

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.

The cozy Bergblick vacation home is located in the first municipality of the Bregenz Forest and is the starting point for many exciting and eventful excursions. The house is perfectly suited for families and is well equipped for all needs. An ideal place to relax in the quiet surroundings or to relax by a cozy fireplace.
