Great stay in a comfortable and private setting...nice outdoor patio...everything was clean and inviting and in place...out of the rush but close to everything...Michael was an incredible host...highly recommend...

If you are looking for a place to stay that is peaceful, beautiful, and an outdoorsman’s dream…. this is it! My family of 10 stayed here comfortably and enjoyed every minute. It was a little chilly to enjoy all of the amenities, but we had a great time fishing and exploring the property. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

This was an absolutely lovely stay! The house was clean and as described and Ryan even had goodies waiting! I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

I've stayed here a few times now with my dogs. The rental is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood which is nice for walking too. The bed is very comfy. No doubt, I will be returning again in the future.

We had a great stay at the Koi house, very nice and neat place. Had the perfect amount of room for our group. The backyard and fire pit were very nice as well. Very clean also

This was our second time staying at this rental and we would recommend to others. Ann's communication was great and she even gave us the option to check in early and check out late as it was available.

We felt so lucky that Lori & Mike's place was available when we made last-minute plans to take advantage of a beautiful fall weekend. The secluded waterfront location was just the sort of nature-focused getaway we wanted, with the bonus of being close to many of the Eastern Shore's small towns and activities. Lori & Mike greeted us for a brief tour and primer on the property and the use of the kayaks; they are friendly hosts who clearly care about creating a great guest experience. The loft was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. For guests, there's a dedicated fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a private dock for launching the kayaks; we made use of all of them, and really enjoyed our paddle up the creek! We had brunch in Salisbury, lunch in Cambridge, dinner in Berlin, and even wandered as far as Fenwick Island for a fall beach day. It's a great jumping-off point for an Eastern Shore getaway, whether you want to do a lot or very little. Would book again!

This place is everything you need and nothing you don't. It's minimal and simple - a true tiny home! But we enjoyed every minute of it. The setting against a wildlife area was amazing, we had great privacy from the other homes in the area, the deck was spacious and the fire pit was perfect. Inside everything was clean and comfortable. The back roads to Assateague were gorgeous! The best part was that we had our dog along for the ride too and it was still an affordable stay. Great value!

In the morning at Joseph's place you make your breakfast, get your coffee, and walk outside, across the yard, and to a bench overlooking the shore that is so close to the house you can nip back because you forgot the napkins. In the evening take a glass of something delicious out to the pier to watch the sunset and say hello to the Milky Way, then go back inside to curl up with a book. I appreciated the simplicity of the house, and the uncomplicated and practical house rules and clean up. The reverse osmosis water tap is a blessing, as we never quite got used to the scent of the tap water. We are absolutely considering a return visit to Joseph's place, it will be beautiful there at any time of the year.
