Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

Originally built between the 1930's and 1950's, this is the first completed of five historical casitas that I have been remodeling since 2021. This unit is "The Whiskey" and it's filled with fun vintage western and whiskey decor. This studio has a king size bed with a new Tuft & Needle memory-foam mattress, kitchenette and fully restored vintage bathroom with tub. This is one full half of a duplex unit. Each room comes with 2 horse stalls included in the price, upon availability.

The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package.
