Perfect quite clean neighborhood close enough to Old Town but far enough away from the noise and partying. Very clean & exactly as pictured. Would recommend for couples, families, kiddos, etc. Only negative thing is there was not a full length mirror anywhere… My pet peeve with staying @ Airbnbs. 🫠 Will definitely be back!

We had such a great time at Matthew’s place! It’s fun, nicely decorated, and feels very welcoming. The beds were super comfy, and we especially enjoyed the pool, spa, and outdoor shower — so relaxing. Matthew is a fantastic host and was very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The Golden Room was amazing, so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and although it was brand new and super clean, it was very comfortable and felt very homey as well. Super clean, the pool was amazing. We just can't say enough about how wonderful it was and how much we enjoyed our stay! We would absolutely book with any of Aurelio and Rosy's properties again without hesitation!

Came here for the WMPO and this place was perfect. it's location was a 5 min walk from the new entrance the course hosted this year. very secure property. vip passes were issued to allow passage thru all the closed roads. definetely saved money in rideshares. our condo also faced the other TPC course which was nice. the perfect golf getaway.

My three daughters and I absolutely loved our time in Sully’s place. They go above and beyond to make it a very comfortable space-comfy beds, couch, covered area outside, all of the things you could need in the kitchen. We were very pleased with this Airbnb and would definitely stay there again. The pool was very refreshing during the 90+ degree days. The AC kept us cool during the day and night. Thank you Sully for being such a responsive and helpful host!

We have stayed at another listing of Deans that we liked and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet, clean and so nice inside. The pool was perfect. Downtown Gilbert is within walking distance, perfect for going to the farmers market which we love to do every time we are here. We had a great time! Can’t wait to come back again.

Dana welcomed us with a basket of snacks! Her instruction binder was very clear- the furniture was clean but the couch was a soft- maybe because a hideaway bed? I loved the bed! Plenty of towels/ games furniture outside. The pool was as pictured- early rise needed to get a chair during peak season- April. Close to supermarket, Old Scottsdale and shopping. Some restaurants across the street. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was just as described and was very clean and spacious for our family. Rebecca timely responded to all of my questions, and I did ask a lot of them!! She also was accommodating when we needed an extra half hour to check out. The mattress in the blue room was the best we’ve ever slept on! I highly recommend this house.

This is a wonderfully renovated mid-century house in central phoenix. It’s close to many restaurants and services. The orchard restaurant is walking distance next door. Everything is well stocked and very nice. You will love it!

All check-in and out instructions were clear, any question asked was answered, and the home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for! We just wish we would've had a pizza cutter and another kitchen towel. The pool was so clean, warm, and relaxing, and amenities otherwise we're top-notch! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to Old Town!

We so enjoyed our time in Chandler. Traci’s home is cozy and comfortable and we love being close to the many golf courses in the area. Wonderful restaurants to visit, too. One of our favs is Hop Social! The kitchen is well stocked and we definitely took the opportunity to cook dinners in and hang out. It’s our 3rd year and we’re planning a 4th! This spacious home will not disappoint. The landscape and outdoor areas of the property were gorgeous. When life happens the owners were responsive immediately and resolved any mishaps. Next time I return to that area I know where Im staying.

Clean home! I love it here! Very responsive! Not having a washer/dryer seemed bad at first but the laundromat is close by within a 5 minute drive. Everything in here was wonderful. We comfortably slept 9 you can sleep more with the air mattresses they had available. 9.5/10 stay
