Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wichita County

We had the absolute best stay while visiting our son. Want to thank Wendy for letting us stay at her home. She is very responsive. We had absolutely nothing to contact her about, other than new technology of the heating and cooling system. I didn’t want to push the wrong button lol. She fixed us right up. I’d recommend this house a thousand times. Oh and those beds. They were so comfortable. We cooked our Airman and his friends good home cooked meals and had everything we needed . The old appliances was fun to cook on. Loved the oven. Oh and hot water, never ran out. Back to back showers and me also washing dishes. Never once got cold water.

We enjoyed staying at the Ardath House. The back yard is huge and a great place for gathering. The upstairs loft is cute. We traveled with a toddler so we were really glad to have a gate available to block the stairs plus a high chair. We had a good time visiting family and appreciated the private space to rest at the end of each day.

We had to leave before we planned due to my son’s allergic reaction to one of the cleaning products, but it was a really nice place and the host was really nice and responsive.

For the last few years, we have planned our trips to always include lodging at one of Anthony's properties. We first happened upon one of his cottages because we searched for a place that allowed dogs. We were so pleased and amazed at the adorable and clever design of the cottage and the immaculate cleanliness. Just can't beat these cottages: beds are comfy, modern technology and conveniences, so many amenities, so affordable. We have stayed multiple times and will always check for vacancies with Anthony's properties as we plan our trips.

This stay is an exceptional value for Wichita Falls. Conveniently located. Walkable if you consider two or 3 miles doable. Quiet and conveniently located close to MSU. All the major shopping is five minutes away by Uber, six or seven bucks. Good restaurants, and coffee houses close by. It has the feel of private studio getaway. I particularly enjoyed the back porch. Which is screened in. Relaxing with Coffee in the mornings, good indirect sunlight and wildlife to watch. There’s enough room for Tai Chi or Yoga. Private entrance. Security camera. Washer and dryer available. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re a minimalist and like tiny houses. Or, just need a room close to the college for a brief stay. This might be your best bet.

Staying at William's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! There truly aren't enough words to capture how I feel about this beautiful apartment. From the stunning decor to the cozy atmosphere, every detail made my stay special. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Dear me this was the loveliest stay, I've been to over 100 AirNnBs and this was top 3 in the world. What an immensely beautiful, cozy, comfortable, welcoming, intricately planned, generous and gracious home and hosts. The home is well laid out, with thoughtful touches and everything you might possibly need for your stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the bed is ultra comfortable and the home has a full kitchen, plus an outdoor space to barbecue and have coffee. The neighborhood is lovely. Lisa and Norm are the kindest most interesting people. Highly recommend!

Of all the vacation homes my family has stayed in over the last two decades, Anne's home is one of only two that I would stay at again. Very comfortable, very relaxing. I think the lack of clutter was refreshing. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Lindsey & Devin were very accommodating, flexible and understanding. The purpose of our stay was due to the death of a loved one. They allowed us to check in a few hours early, since we had traveled all night. They graciously refunded us one night when we decided to leave early. We certainly did not expect either. Lindsey and Devin were wonderful hosts!
