It’s a Peach of a Cottage at Floral Heights is our second Airbnb. We are so delighted with the wonderful guests we have hosted at The Cottage at Floral Heights, that we decided to try it again. It’s a Peach of a Cottage is located near two historical neighborhoods, Floral Heights and Morning Side. You will find our mobile home community safe and quiet. It is near Sheppard Air Force Base, plenty of Restaurants, Shopping, Medical District, SMU, Downtown, Events Centers, walking and bike trails.

The Fain Casa

Escape to the comfort of this darling 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage, built in the 1940s, it effortlessly combines vintage charm with modern comfort. Enjoy the bright charm of this cozy home located just minutes from points of interest such as MSU, restaurants, shopping, and more. United Regional Hospital is a short drive and Sheppard Air Force Base is 10 miles away. This pet friendly home features a large back yard and a shaded patio. Guests will have access to private garage parking with alley entry. Tons of natural light make for a serene and comfortable stay in this charming find located in the heart of Wichita Falls proper.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

The Claire Lou is a dreamy home in the beloved Country Club cottage section of Wichita Falls. Remodeled kitchen and baths, elegant finishes, original wood floors and it is the perfect blend of modern and vintage. The home has timeless class in generously uncluttered spaces. Your host has thought of everything you could need and welcomes all special requests. The Claire Lou's location is ideal and guests love the peacefully happy vibe!

The Little House (No cleaning fee!)

The Little House is cozy 550 sq ft two story guest house nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac! It has a fully equiped kitchen with full size appliances and cooking utensils, TVs in the bedroom and living area, and a balcony and porch with suspended rattan chairs to relax outside in. I would be so happy to host you (and your pets) anytime! 🙂

The Golden Retreat-Remodeled 1Br

The Golden Retreat is a 1BR 1 Ba apartment unit on the 1st floor. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit and a Queen-size bed. Smart TV in both the bedroom and living room and free wifi. Located in the center of shopping and restaurants. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and small dog park.
