Cosy Little Farmhouse.

An easily accessible cosy hideaway only 2 miles from M5 jnct 27. Suitable for 1 - 6 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini Yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The pool is 10m long and heated to 27C. A traditional farmhouse retaining many original features but with the benefits of central heating and WiFi. There are log burners in the living rooms and a baskets of logs are provided. Please message before booking if you wish to bring a dog.

A quiet place, with basic washing facilities & camping toilet. Bathroom, with shower usually available between 8am - 8pm. We offer various amenities, including a barbecue & hammock. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area, & a fridge in the hut. Tea/coffee available. Wifi is okay, but we cannot guarantee it will be available 24/7. Also, although we love children & dogs, it really is not suitable for them as it would be too cramped, perfect for 2 adults!

Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway.
