Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

Great stay and close to everything we needed in Bradenton and Sarasota.

We had a great stay at John’s AirBnB. It was very conveniently located a short drive from Nathan Benderson Park where we were watching a rowing regatta. There were many restaurants and shops nearby including a grocery store and a Walgreens. The complex where the AirBnB is located is lovely. The pool is large with many lounge chairs to relax on. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again on a return trip.

Robert was quick to respond to all inquiries and was kind to allow us an earlier check in. The information provided by Robert was clear and easy to follow. Lots of linen/towels and kitchen had all the needed appliances/cutlery (large and small), beach chairs etc. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.

We had a great stay! I rented the place for myself and my two daughters (13 and 7) for a week, and everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views and location were beautiful. My older daughter had a swim meet in St. Petersburg, about 25 minutes away, and the drive was easy. We visited Upham Beach, just 10 minutes away. The pool area was our favorite, great views, a nice breeze, and plenty of seating. Urzula provided beach towels, which was super helpful. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the rinse-off area by the pool. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed cooking with the water view, and the oven didn’t heat up the space. My older daughter used the bedroom, and I shared the easy-to-set-up sofa bed with my youngest. Urzula was very responsive and updated our booking when we needed to arrive a day early. Check-in was smooth, and parking felt safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. We had a fantastic stay at Cody's place. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The room also had beach chairs, and an umbrella available so that was wonderful for our beach days.

The three of us had a wonderful stay at Glenn's place. First of all, we were very impressed with Glenn's communication. He was very quick to respond to our questions and inquiries. Also, it has been mentioned by others, but we found to also be true: the place looks better than is depicted in the pictures. We arrived to a clean condo, a beautiful deck view (with VERY comfortable deck furniture), comfy accommodations, and just about everything we could need for our weeklong stay. I looked for MONTHS to find a home that would accommodate my group. Not only was there enough space, but it was minutes away from where we needed to be all week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and answered any and all questions so quickly. This was the best stocked kitchen our group has ever had and we rent 3+ homes every year. The 5 bathrooms were SO convenient as well. The home is BEAUTIFUL and is tucked away and in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood right off a golf course. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can! Thank you Hosts!

With walk ability to the beach and restaurants, this was a great location. Kurt and Sandra have the place well-equipped, including lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. They even went as far as to rent a golf cart when the one they own had mechanical issues. We would definitely return and rent again!

Kimber’s place is amazing. Great location for exploring the area, situated in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood with enough amenities nearby. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Bettina was a wonderful host. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need....coffee, filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a coffee grinder. Not by any means a full list. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and close by, however a lot of traffic to and from, but don't let this be a deterrent. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bettina's homes. She keeps them well maintained, both inside and out. We stayed three months and enjoyed our time very much.

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.
