We had a lovely stay at Susan’s place! Everything was really clean and tidy, we had everything we needed and it was a walkable distance to the beach / main town. We arrived late on the check in day so we really appreciated the breakfast items left for us! Would 100% recommend!

The Annex was a great hub for us while we were visiting the island. It was clean, comfortable and lovely and quiet. Nicola was a great host, very clear instructions for checking in/out and a very responsive host who was helpful with questions and quick to respond. Thank you for having us.

A cosy stay with our dog. This room enabled us to enjoy an excellent week long stay and explore the island from our base. Judith was easily contactable and there was a small grass area (overlooking the sea) for doggie just at the bottom of the long driveway. Also there’s a footpath there too to get to the seafront. Judith provides some extra touches too thanks

We were very pleased with everything at the cottage. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were warm and the living room was very cosy. The location is excellent, situated just a couple of miles from Shanklin one way and Godshill the other. We will return!

this Holiday annex, is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, owners give you complete privacy, but answer any queries immediately, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk, water to get you started. there is a toaster, kettle coffee machine. crockery, and cutlery. Michelle does all washing up for you everyday. plenty of parking on drive. I believe there is complimentary homemade shortbread, which unfortunately I had to decline because of dietary allergies. but other reviews rate it very highly. I spent a week on the island and felt very relaxed and comfortable at this property. thank you M &N

Caroline, and her husband Phil, were amazing hosts, and couldn't have done more to make our stay any better than it was. Great rooms, hot tub, fab gardens, easy parking and plenty of room and light.
