Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. We designed and built our White Salmon Retreat to be a family-friendly, pet-friendly ($20/pet) and therapeutic space set in the trees where your soul can find rest and relaxation. We live on 10 acres of wooded property. It is a 12x12 space with a small refrigerator,microwave,toilet,sink & shower,queen bed.bed linens,kitchen ware,,coffee maker& a Keurig coffee maker. Also a small propane powered outside grill.The water is supplied by our well which has been tested as having the best drinking water in Klickitat County NO pets.WIFI to cabin. If you need additional space we have a treehouse for 2-=3 people for $35 The floor has been insulated so no more cold feet.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
