Monthly Rentals in White Oak

Teme's place was great for us! We needed a place to crash for a couple days with our dogs and it fit the bill! Bugs were annoying but that is just this area this time of year. His place is a wonderful basement patio combo. It was very quiet but conveniently located. He's not too far from some lovely paths along a creek bed that ours dogs loved. We had an issue with the lock box but he came quickly to address address that. It had some temperature adjustments that were kind of tricky because being a basement, it was cool but the upper floors were too hot to turn on AC. So Teme provided a space heater that helped us out. Occasionally, the people living upstairs were quite noisy but I think you get that in a lot of apartment building complexes. Would for sure say here again if we need a nest for a couple nights.

Mehrdad was one of if not the best host I have had since using Airbnb. He was very understanding when I needed to shorten my stay and overly gracious. The home was in the perfect t location for me and met every need I had for my short stay. I will be staying here whenever I visit the area in the future.

I spent 5 days in the area for World Pride. When I was out during the day I had a lot of fun but also did lots of walking in DC lol so it was so refreshing to come back to a clean, quiet, and private spot. I love that even though it’s an extension of a house it’s not connected by a door, it’s like a little private apartment. I ordered uber eats and Instacart and it was easy for them to locate. I loved everything about this place. If I’m ever in this area by myself again I will certainly stay again if possible.

A family of three, we stayed for four months and it felt like home. The greenery of the nearby Paint Branch Trail is a great asset. Public transportation is available, but the place is rather car dependant. Very pleasant apartment to stay at with a responsive host. Highly recommended!
