There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building. It's a rare find that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment.

After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

We rented because of the reviews and it was on point! Everything was pristine. Parking was ample and easy. A short drive to restaurants. Everything was so cozy! You can tell care is taken inside and outside. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before and look forward to staying here again. Carolyn is an excellent host and is very easy to work with. We especially appreciate the decor. We are in our 70s and I enjoy looking at the antique items. They remind me of things I would see in my grandparents’ homes.
