Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The cottage gets the sunshine all day, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms one king and one twin bed room both are en suite. Lounge and front bedroom have views to the marina, rear bedroom and kitchen with views over gardens. Very quiet location away from traffic noise. Nearby there is a foot /cycle path which takes you into Newport with its shops and Restaurants. Only a short drive to sandy beaches. The cottage is central for Island attractions. We can also offer discount for ferry.
