Monthly Rentals in Wharton State Forest

Ben is a great host, he’s very responsive, helpful and kind. I would def get another place from him. He’s the best host I’ve had so far and I have many. The place is just like the pictures. It’s in a wooded area with lots of deer and wildlife. I felt like I was in a cottage in the woods. It has everything you need for an extended stay. It’s a peaceful and quiet getaway near the city.

We had a great stay at this cozy home in Mills River, New Jersey. The house was incredibly clean, tidy, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—especially for baking, which was a fun surprise! The host was professional, responsive, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. We came for family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would absolutely return in the future!

Emmanuel’s place is great for a family escape while being ideal to prime locations. We were in town to visit family from Philly and Jersey, and the house was accessible to both with out issue. The beautiful nature and wildlife is great to give you a private experience but also perfect if you want to have a few family members stop by . Only issue I would say is batteries in the remote ! lol thank you again

If you’re down here for the summer and need to stay at a hotel, I heavily recommend this spot instead, 100% better and affordable. Place came with full shower + toiletries along with complimentary coffee + snacks for you to settle in with. Easy parking and Karol made sure to leave a list of places to check out while staying.
