Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Whanganui

A beautiful, serene place to stay. Very tidy and clean. Amazing views of Whanganui and the river. Great for young kids with the livestock around. Host very easy to deal with.

Great family week in Whanganui. Our place was amazing, comfortable, great vibe, relaxing, loved the pool and deck with outdoor bath. Wished we could stay longer. Ken and Jess so helpful and responsive, very friendly. Would love to stay there again.

We’ve stayed so many times what more can I say. I’m a neat freak and have a thing for cleanliness… Karen’s is always spotless!! Oh and can I comment on the home made cookies on arrival. Chewy and outstanding… I always look forward to them. Until next time Karen and thank you.

We had. lovely couple of nights at Felicity's cottage. Spacious, clean and very well kitted out. The bed was really comfortable so a good night sleep assured. The only problem was we hadn't booked for long enough.

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt very welcome. Our accomodation was inviting, cosy and vibrant and had everything you could possibly need including a few extra personal touches. It is located out of the main city which is what we wanted but only a short drive in. Kathryn is a great host.

Absolutely stunning home. So cozy and comfortable with a backyard. Our two year old loved the space. Will definitely be back here if we are in Whanganui.

Quiet spot in the countryside, lovely to be out of the city but still only 10 mins drive to the nearest supermarket if needed. Hosts give you plenty of privacy and were quick to reply to any messages. Would recommend :)

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks
