Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

This is a great place to stay in Nelson I would certainly stay again. Do not be put off by having to go through the shop front entrance. When you open the door to the flat it is all worth it. Beautiful linen and vibe of the whole apartment. Very quiet despite being in the heart of town. Great restaurants close by all within walking distance. My bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the towels excellent quality. If you are looking for a place close in town for Nelson give this a go. Thanks for your style sally.

A wonderful getaway from city life! This place was gorgeous and the hosts Hellen and Steve were wonderful. There were many thoughtful touches; fresh baked bread, assortment of teas, jams fruit cups and yogurt. There was also an extremely helpful guidebook that had EVERYTHING you could need for the area in it. I wish we could have spent more than one night and would for sure go back. Perhaps our best stay in New Zealand PERIOD.

One of the best accommodations we've had here in NZ. Top clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. A great terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun. Loved the little French press and coffee provided! The location is central - walking distance to the centre and supermarket. We were only here for two nights but would have loved to stay longer and would come back anytime. Thank you Darren and Millie for the quick and good communication.
