De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Our cozy guest apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious and bright. Comfortably furnished. You have your own balcony (front) and stunning views of the large green backyard. The house is within walking distance of the City Center, Parks, Public Transportation, University and Wellness Centers. On-site private parking. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (children 10+).

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Relax completely in this architecturally designed bungalow, in the 't Ven nature reserve on an estate with private parking spaces and all amenities nearby. Respect for nature, flora and fauna is required and fishing is only possible with a fishing pass, fishing club "always satisfied", Boating and fishing are prohibited from April 1 to June 14.

This independent basement is located a few hundred meters from Nijmegen Central Station and the center of Nijmegen. Supermarkets and other shops are also close by. The home has its own front door.
