Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.
