Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming us on short notice, which made our trip stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. One of the standout features is its great location—perfectly positioned for events at SoFi Stadium and other major venues in Los Angeles. Our group spanned three generations, including an 80-year-old and two 19-year-olds, and the space worked beautifully for all of us. It was comfortable, accessible, and suited our different needs, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and travelers of all ages. I will absolutely keep this Airbnb in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the LA area for any type of trip. Five stars all around! We had a great stay at Teresa’s home for our wedding weekend. I booked the house for my family, and it was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was easy throughout. We briefly met the hosts on our last day, and they were super nice. We truly enjoyed our time there. The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

Beautiful & Comfortable! Mirrors a model home. Each room has its touch of thoughtfulness. The kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals, a variety of Keurig coffee & tea flavors to get your morning started. Sweet Sweet location! Just around the corner from the Sofi Stadium, and Intuit Stadium, the 105 and 405 freeway, grocery stores, drugstores, the beach, LAX airport, and Westfield Mall. Queen bed super comfortable, and I so appreciated the washer and dryer. Also fully equipped with detergent and softener 👍 The living room area with the sofa and flatscreen set up so nicely. What a wonderful studio home 🌟. Yes, I would certainly recommend 10 out of 10 stars.

I very much give Cristina a 5 star! Great price, quiet location, very private. Everyone around is very polite and to themselves. Just living life. The airport is very close but I PROMISE the planes NEVER were a problem. Slept like a baby. Cristina is very responsive and helpful and is available is anything is in need, but the property is very well kept. Walking distance to events, nice local food around but just like everywhere be cautious and save. I will be booking with her again and if you’re looking for something clean, priced well, and private then look no further! Thank you again Cristina, very much appreciated 🙏🏾
