Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Westmeath

David greeted us on arrival, even though we were running very late. His communication for all aspects of our stay (check-in, information etc) was outstanding. He was friendly and approachable. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and cake was a lovely surprise. All of our party would recommend the accommodation and have nothing but praise for our host David for his helpfulness.

we'd a great stay in the cottage. Claire was amazing! so quick to reply and even purchased a new BBQ free I inquired if there was 1!!! now that's service. place looks exactly like the photos. beds were comfy. only noise was the birds and the lambs ☺️. 10 minutes walk to the local pub and shop. 10 minutes in Longford town. thanks again for everything Claire. look forward to visiting again

This bungalow was a great place to stay. We had two weeks with family. Ideal situation. So quiet and peaceful. Loads of space in and around the property. Athlone was just a short drive away. Had awesome pizza! And great shops. SuperValue supermarket was fantastic for food shopping. And all cooked in the comfort of Ruth’s home. The oven was amazing!! Shame we didn’t have the dishwasher but we were on holiday so plenty of time to wash dishes. Well stocked with everything you would need. Washing machine was a great addition - especially for longer stays like ours. Ruth was so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for having us stay in your wonderful home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, yet close to town holiday. But you need a car!!

Just back from a lovely few days at Caroilin"s place. Great location, lovely restaurants within a short distance. very peaceful surroundings. The house is lovely and it was fantastic for us to have the dog with us. Would highly recommend.

What a brilliant stay. The house is amazing and so big, spacious and clean. Very close to the town and had everything we could have needed in it. Amazing value for money. Mick was an brilliant host who instantly responded to any messages or queries we had. Thank you, we will be back same time next year.

Beautiful home located in a peaceful, country side setting. Great amenities and well provisioned. Just as described! We had a great time with our family and really enjoyed visiting the smaller towns around the area. Thanks Saskia for great stay!

Por los motivos de mi viaje, la ubicación perfecta: en el centro, cerca de todo para poder ir sin coche, calle tranquila, sin ruidos, un patio para comer o pasar la tarde, cuando no llueve. La anfitriona tiene pequeños detalles para facilitar tu llegada y lo necesario para el desayuno del dia siguiente: café, té, leche, azucar, snacks... Cuando la preguntas algo, responde en seguuda. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo recomiendo.

What an amazing find!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clare's beautiful cottage. It was modern, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We felt so at home! Unlike anything else that we saw in the area. It was great value for money and the little touches like snacks, coffee, milk and breakfast items were a wonderful and unexpected addition. My family of 5 can’t say enough great things about our stay here! The place was really cute, comfortable and most importantly CLEAN. The rooftop balcony was really nice for having morning coffee outdoors. Rosemary had a few breakfast items ready for our arrival. The bonus for us was her restaurant/bar. The food was incredible and the drinks were just as lovely. We were welcomed and shown unbelievable small town Irish hospitality from the staff and locals. We felt right at home. It was an ideal location for our last 3 nights in Ireland!

Norbert place is beautiful so clean and everything you need and more. The makings for breakfast is just a beautiful touch so thoughtful. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Corbett is so friendly and helpful

We had a fantastic experience and Sharon’s hospitality went way beyond our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend taking the opportunity to spend time at the cottage. Sharon and her whole family are very welcoming, helpful and generous with their time and the nice extras including lovely fresh flowers, welcome pack etc.

I have stayed in a number of Airbnb places over the years. Slanemore was one of the best. We had been traveling through Ireland and when we landed at Shelagh’s beautiful property we were thrilled. It was immaculate, well appointed with everything we needed. The beds and linens were exactly what we needed for a good rest. We loved the Mullingar area and would come back for a longer stay. Lastly, Shelagh was warm and welcoming, helpful with recommendations. My only regret was I didn’t get an opportunity to stay and visit with her longer (and get a healing treatment from her too).

We enjoyed a magical four night stay at Shelaghs apartments. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and felt calm and inviting. Shelagh has considered a lot of little extras both in the kitchen and bathroom, which was above and beyond what is normal in an Airbnb. The high quality beds were much appreciated -great comfort! Shelagh is a warm, engaging and very helpful host. The local tips she offered led us to experiencing some very fun days, where we deeply experienced and connected to both the people and place in this ancient heart of Ireland. Highly recommend Shelaghs apartments, located in a beautiful, peaceful setting close to nature. We will return!
