The house is tucked away at the end of lovely street, and it feels cozy and safe. When I leave, it it easy to follow the checking-out instructions, so there's no hassle at all. Alyson and James have always been easy to communicate with! I will Definitely return!!!

Samuel is a warm and communicative host. The accommodations were as described, and even nicer than expected. The extra touches like bottled water, a few snacks and coffee pods were appreciated. We had space to relax and enjoy meals together, and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us. This location was a good home base as we toured Detroit. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Detroit. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

sara was a great host. left the lights on since we were arriving late and her house is absolutely adorable. much bigger than I expected and the yard was perfect for our pups. would 100% stay again.

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Jeffrey and Diane were great hosts. Their place was very clean, the beds comfy, and the water nice and hot. They also left cookies and cold water in the fridge which, I thought, was so nice! I would stay again.

Christine was very helpful and responsive. I appreciate her flexibility! the fold out cot was very helpful with my 3.5 year old.

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 month stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it’s located near so many yummy restaurants and fun downtown attractions. Kathy was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her and always made sure we were taken care of. We would love to stay here if we ever travel to the area again!

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space really close to the stadium and downtown. Very comfortable beds, clean space, nice bathroom. Annie communicated very well and was a friendly, flexible host.

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

The beautiful restoration work on the exterior of the mansion is simply amazing. The interior was more modern than expected, but clean, bright, and well designed. The location was terrific. The Q-Line was truly within walking distance and we used it to go south on Woodward Ave. to shops and restaurants. We also picked were able to easily pick up the People Mover (after taking the Q-line south to Grand Circus Park) and move above locations on its route without driving. There are many architectural marvels within sight of the Edmond. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, and bakeries within distance as well. It was a very nice stay and a perfect location.

We really appreciated Jeff’s suggestions…tried Lena & loved it. So walkable to nearby restaurants, casino, Eastern Market & stadiums.

Have stayed here 3 times. This time however we had to cut it short due to illness in my family. Was hoping to get some sort of credit for the next time we stay.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
